Dae Han Moo Do Kwan Kumdo Club was founded by Master Byung Kwan Song in 1994. The roots of DHMDK Kumdo Club date back to 1961 in South Korea. Master Seong-Shik Song is the founder of DHMDK and its reputation and influence still prevails in South Korea and recently in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Master B.K Song established DHMDK Dojang with the vision of teaching the way of the sword in Australia.

DHMDK preserves and upholds the traditional methods of Kumdo, where respect and honour are key values. Through his teachings, Master Song endeavors to strengthen the minds of his students by the means of disciplinary training and self-control.

DHMDK holds six training sessions a week and caters for all skill levels with students starting from as young as 8. DHMDK trains with impressive energy and inspirits each student to give training session their fighting best.
