2020 - COVID-19 Restriction Lifted

Friday 12th June 2020

Hi everyone.

Great news, from 1st July, the NSW government is allowing the return of contact sports/martial arts. Our first training back will be at 7pm Thursday 2nd July at the club.

There will be rules put in place to prevent any spread of COVID-19 within the club. The Australian Kendo Renmei has also stated that there is to be no inter-club training until further notice.

If there are any questions please feel free to ask.

Thank you and we will see everyone back at training.

2020 - COVID-19 Stay Home

Sunday 29th March 2020

Hi everyone. As you all should know the federal government has restricted any sporting. Therefore Master Song has stated that he will advise everyone when training will return.

Master Song has stated that everyone should run at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. At the moment the government allows you to run as long as you do it with social distancing and no more than two people.

If you cannot do any running, we will be posting some short training programs to do at home.

Keep safe, stay home and if you are out keep your social distance and wash your hands. See you all soon.
